Kat from Tails on Trails is super easy to deal with. She has excellent communication and organisation. She met Obie before taking him out on his first adventure and it was clear that she has a knack with dogs.
She picks him up from home and takes him on an adventure, then returns him and cleans him if he is grubby. He hears her car pull up and is straight to the gate ready to go. She updates you with a video documenting the day's adventure and sometimes even a very cute photo. When he comes home he sleeps the rest of the day away.
We really like how he gets to run with other dogs and be part of a pack - it’s great socializing for him. It was wonderful in the beginning how Kat had GPS trackers until she was certain he would come back when called.
Great service, would highly recommend to anyone. Tails on Trails' service makes ours and Obie’s life easier especially in a busy week where only one parent is home.

Signing up for Tails on Trails has been a weight off our shoulders. Knowing that Minnie is getting more than just a trot around the block on a Tuesday has been a huge relief for us on our busiest day for juggling work and the kids after school activities. Kat has been incredibly professional and has made the transition to using a professional dog adventure service really easy. And most importantly, she has great awareness that she is taking much cherished members of peoples families out for an adventure by sending awesome video clips of Minnie and her new doggy pals out thoroughly enjoying themselves. Tails on Trails is a highlight of Rocco's week. It's an effortless door to door service where Kat picks up our fur baby and heads off on adventures with other happy dogs. Getting video footage of the antics is reassuring to us that he is safe and having a blast!
