What happens after you enquire

1. We reply within 1 business day (often sooner).

2. We’ll ask a couple of quick questions to make sure it’s a good fit, like your suburb, your dog’s age, social skills, and any quirks.

3. We’ll suggest the best pack option and, if it’s a match, book the next step (usually a meet-and-greet and a first trial adventure).

 

A heads up

We keep packs friendly and safe, so we’ll always make sure your dog is paired with the right crew. If we’re not the best fit, we’ll be honest and help point you in the right direction.

• Your suburb 

• Your dog’s name, age and breed

• How they are with other dogs

• Any behaviour stuff we should know about (reactivity, chasing, anxiety, guarding, etc.)
